Application Instructions:

Thank you for your interest in joining the North American Board of Natural Health (NABNH). Please complete the following application form and submit it with all required documentation. Applications can be made for:

Licensure Only
Board Certification Only
Licensure & Board Certification Package

By submitting this application, I acknowledge that the associated fee must be paid within 24 hours to ensure my application is considered. If my application is not approved, I understand that I will receive a full refund of the amount paid. However, if my application is accepted, I agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.

* Licenses renew annually on October 31. Applications submitted on or before March 31 are issued for the current license year and will expire on October 31 of that same year. Applications submitted on or after April 1 will include the balance of the current license year plus the following license year, and will remain valid through October 31 of the following year.

Examples: Apply March 31, 2026 → valid through October 31, 2026
Apply April 1, 2026 → valid through October 31, 2027
Apply May 26, 2026 → valid through October 31, 2027
Apply November 1, 2026 → valid through October 31, 2027
