Effective date: October 10, 2026. Policy version: NABNH-2026-10-P6-R3.

These Terms govern use of nabnh.com. Credential applications and purchases are also governed by the separately accepted Credential Application and Payment Terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy. The Privacy and Cookie Policies explain information handling. Applicants denied after qualification review because they do not meet eligibility requirements receive a refund of the credentialing fee paid under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approved and issued credentials remain nonrefundable subject to applicable law and the stated exceptions. This applies to public and protected Rockwell packages. No refund is provided for voluntary cancellation, withdrawal, change of mind or buyer's remorse, whether before or after qualification review begins, subject to applicable law, verified duplicate payments or billing errors, and prior binding agreements. A genuine eligibility denial must never be misclassified as a voluntary withdrawal. Where a specific accepted credential agreement governs a transaction, it controls that transaction over general website language, subject always to mandatory law.

NABNH provides information about private Board Certification, Ecclesiastical Licensure and developing professional resources. Website information is educational and administrative; it is not individualized legal or medical advice. Neither a webpage nor an inquiry establishes eligibility, current standing, an approved professional title, access to third-party services or an entitlement to a credential.

NABNH credentials are private awards. They do not confer an academic degree, government healthcare license, legal immunity, insurance, laboratory-ordering authority or permission to perform restricted services. You remain responsible for the laws, scope-of-practice limitations and title restrictions applicable to your activities and location. Represent only credentials actually awarded and currently valid. Do not imply NABNH approval while an application is pending.

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others, falsify qualifications, misuse a graduate password or recovery code, upload malicious or unlawful content, test or bypass access controls without authorization, scrape private records, interfere with service, or use another person's evidence without lawful authority. Keep any authorized account and access code confidential and report suspected misuse promptly. NABNH may proportionately restrict access to protect people and systems while preserving applicable contractual and legal rights.

NABNH and its licensors retain intellectual-property rights in site content and marks. You may view and retain material for lawful personal/professional evaluation, preserving notices. Use of NABNH marks or credential seals to imply an award requires separate authorization and current qualification. Applicants grant NABNH only the rights reasonably needed to receive, store and review submitted materials and operate the stated service; applicants retain their ownership and must have authority to provide them.

Independent providers set their own terms, prices and eligibility. Exploratory discussions are not approved partnerships. No prospective organization, including Evexia, is presented as an approved partner merely because NABNH discusses a developing resource ecosystem. Automated credential lookup, directory enrollment, CE uploads and advanced member services are not included as operational guarantees while they remain unavailable.

We aim for accurate information but may correct errors and update offerings. A material error affecting a paid transaction will be addressed with the applicant under the accepted terms and applicable law, not used to impose an undisclosed charge. Website availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, general informational content is supplied without a promise that it is error-free or suitable for a particular regulated activity. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where nonwaivable, or other rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No binding arbitration, class-action waiver or undisclosed liability cap is imposed by this policy.

Colorado law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without overriding mandatory consumer, privacy or other laws that apply to you. Any dispute belongs in a court with lawful jurisdiction; this clause does not force an applicant to waive a nonwaivable forum or remedy. Contact credentialing@nabnh.com to seek an informal resolution, without shortening statutory deadlines or preventing a complaint to a regulator or payment provider. Unenforceable provisions are severed only as legally permitted. Material changes apply prospectively with appropriate notice and acceptance when required.
